01Are the dimensions and specifications fixed?＋
No. The examples on this page are reference configurations from completed product work. Final dimensions, weight, layout, finishes and equipment must be confirmed in a signed specification and quotation.
02How are the cabins shipped?＋
The 11.5 m whole cabin and the 5.8 m terrace cabin each use one 40HQ per set. The terrace cabin ships as two room modules with flat-packed terrace parts loaded inside. The custom three-module cabin is most freight-efficient in pairs: two sets use three 40HQ containers. A four-module version can ship as one set in two 40HQ containers.
03What does the buyer arrange locally?＋
The buyer normally coordinates permits, engineering approval, foundations, port collection, inland transport, lifting, utility connections and local trades. We provide available drawings and product information for local review.
04Can electrical systems be prepared for Australia?＋
The electrical approach is confirmed for each order. Options may include specified components or conduit preparation for local completion. Final compliance and installation must be reviewed by qualified professionals in the destination market.
05What documentation can you provide?＋
Available drawings, packing information, material documentation and inspection records can be reviewed for the selected model. Material test reports apply only to the stated samples and are not presented as whole-house certification.
06How do payment and after-sales support work?＋
Payment terms, warranty scope, spare parts and after-sales responsibilities are discussed after the initial project review and confirmed in the formal quotation and contract.
